ABOUT THE PROJECT
It was a blast to work with Rick and see all the extremely cool classic cars he’s collected and auctioned throughout the years. The goal for this site was to keep it simple with a black and white theme to really let the images of the cars shine and take center stage. From setting up a hosting plan to designing the site itself and adding little flares like the “Fast Facts” flip cards, I helped Rick get his site updated and looking sleek!

THE PROCESS
1. Set up hosting and gathered images
Got Rick a quality hosting plan, transfered his site to the new plan, and began communicating to gather images and text for the site.
2. Establishing a personal brand
We collaborated and looked at existing sites to get an idea of Rick’s vision, coupled with my expertise and advice. Got a better idea of the plan ahead.
3. Start designing!
Installed wordpress and began placing images, copy, and fields in their respective places to give it the minimalist modern feel.
4. Edits and adjustments
After the first iteration of design Rick noticed some things he wanted to change so I worked with him to ake it just so.
